i struggle with somewhat disordered self-image that stems from food (not quite an eating disorder) and a friend of mine that i miss dearly definitely suffers from bipolar disorder (we studied psych disorders last night - he told me, i didn't believe it, stupid of me) and your poem on how to love someone no matter what was really really really helpful last night, and i might have to show it to him. thanks so much.
