This isn't a writing-related question. But I'd like to know what's your opinion on giving someone who betrayed you twice (in terms of being unfaithful) another chance? I tried looking for one of your poems closest to this topic, but couldn't find one or perhaps I didn't look carefully. I hope you answer. I'd really like to know. Thank-you.

You know, I guess they say that sometimes “the third time’s the charm," but honestly, in my own opinion, I don’t think that someone who was unfaithful to you twice already will ever be capable of starting over and being completely faithful to you after that.

Besides, if he or she is unfaithful to you once, it’s okay to give them another chance, I suppose. But if they’re unfaithful to you twice, you already gave them a chance and they threw that chance in the garbage.

So overall, I don’t think they deserve a third chance. That’s too unfair to the person who was cheated on.
