I don't usually like to advertise things but it seems like it might help. There's this site called Blah Therapy where you can talk to someone anonymously (listener) about anything (venter), or ask a question, or sign up. Maybe it'd help some of your followers who come to you for advice if they could try there. It's not always going to give them the answers they're looking for but it's full of good people trying to help others.
