The bad news is that there is no God. The good news is that there are splendid people like you to write about it in poems like "to god, from an atheist". Thank you for existing. Thank you for understanding.

Of course, just because I wrote that poem does not mean that I disrespect people who believe in God, because of course I do not. I have utter respect for people who believe in God, people who do not, and people who aren’t quite sure yet. I’m glad that poem helped you feel more understood. <3
