I recently got a copy of Survival Songs by Meggie C. Royer, Meggie is a tumblr writer turned published author. I believe we should all buy this book, why ? because when they talk about 21st century poetry they won’t be talking about sad souls writing eachother letters and thick published books of poetry. They’ll talk about tumblr, the future baudelaire and wordsworth are here. Meggie’s writing is beautiful and the book is well worth the buy. If you haven’t already, follow her on tumblr here :
