You have an amazing imagination. I mean like, in regards to the metaphors you use in your writing and such. Does this come natural to you, does it just come to your mind as you are writing, or do you have to actually sit and put a lot of time into coming up with such things? Do you do research before/during you write something, to aid in the things you come up with? Sorry for all the questions! You seem very intelligent and creative. I love that!

Thank you so much! Many of the metaphors I use come naturally to me, but there are certain subjects or topics that I’m interested in and want to write about that I have to do a little more research on.

For example, there are certain psychology experiments or math concepts or science concepts, like the Rosenhan Experiment, or the Fibonnaci Sequence, or the life cycle of a fruit fly, etc, that I’ve incorporated into my poems before, but I’ve had to research them a little further.

So yes, the metaphors come naturally for the most part, but sometimes I do have to do research before and during my writing process.
